How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play — not through Jane.
- iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap Jane → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap Jane → Cancel subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly inside Jane:
- Open Jane and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
