How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play — not through Jane.

  1. iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap JaneCancel Subscription.
  2. Android: Open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions → tap JaneCancel subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly inside Jane:

  1. Open Jane and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
